NEW PATIENTS
First Visit
Your first visit will entail a comprehensive history and physical exam in order to gain as much information on you, your injury, and your goals. The physical exam is designed to reproduce the discomfort you are experiencing in order to determine what is causing your pain or dysfunction.
Following your initial assessment, you will receive a report of findings, diagnosis/differential, plan of management, risks/benefits/alternatives, and a consultation on your personal health goals.
